Bear ear plugs ever "I’m a very light sleeper and in my desperation to have an uninterrupted night’s sleep, I’ve have tried all the ear plugs out there. Absolutely nothing comes close to these ones. They are my saviour. They are by far the best ear plugs. When you roll them to poke them in your ear they hold their shape for longer than other ear plugs. You can poke them in far enough to make the world totally silent. They also last for ages, so are an absolute bargain. Don’t waste time and money trying others.
