Great product, the size, "Great product, the size, shape & concept is spot on - 3 things for the R&R team to take on board if I may: - 1) the gripper band should be moulded/embedded on the outer body and should not be free moving. 2) the screw on threads on the mug/lid are too course and as such the marrying up of the lid with the mug is a little tricky leaving one unconvinced of the lid locked in properly or not and therefore the tightening of the lid needs a little more of a nick and perhaps why the mug needs to be kept upright to stop small leaks. 3) the lid/flap when closing the mouth spout needs to click in - as it is the lid is pushed down and the rubber on the lid sits snug with the spout, I wonder if there is an opportunity to introduce a ‘click’ when the lid shuts, again to remove the unconvincing position of “is the lid shut or not” and one having to press down a little more heavily! Away from the potential improvements, the product is spot on and for me very fit for purpose!" — Arjun (4/5)
