What is the Lifeventure Warranty
Lifeventure warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period of 3 (three) years. The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alteration, or damage caused by any form of natural disaster such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. You may be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service. During the Limited Warranty Period, Lifeventure will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product (or any part thereof) and return the product to you. There is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or from country to country. Warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
