Next Working Day Delivery	£4.99 (Free on orders over £50)	Next Day Monday to Friday if ordered by 2pm	Next Working Day Delivery is available for UK addresses only. Deliveries made by DPD or DX Monday to Friday. A signature is required on delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched on the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Thursday (after 2pm) or Friday (before 2pm) will be despatched on Friday and delivered Monday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (excluding Public Holidays). Morning Delivery - Next Working Day	£6.99	Morning Delivery Monday to Friday if ordered by 2pm	Morning Delivery is available for UK addresses only. Deliveries made by DPD or DX Monday to Friday. A signature is required on delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched on the same day and delivered the next working day before 12 midday. Orders placed on a Thursday (after 2pm) or Friday (before 2pm) will be despatched on Friday and delivered Monday before 12 midday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday before 12 midday (excluding Public Holidays). Saturday Delivery	£8.99	Saturday Delivery if ordered by 2pm	Saturday Delivery is available for UK addresses only. Deliveries made by DPD or DX on Saturday. A signature is required on delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered on Saturday in the same week (excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Saturday. We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

Exclusions apply to the following postcodes for next day orders. We deliver within 2 working days to: AB 31-35, 36-38, 41-54, 55-56 - FK 17-21 - G 83 - GY 9 - HS 1-9 - IM all - IV all - KA 27, 28 - KW 0-14, 15-17 - PA 20-78 - PH 15-18, 19-29, 30-31, 32-33, 34-44, 45-48, 49-99 - TR 21-25 - ZE all. Northern Ireland and offshore island deliveries will take longer than two days.

International Delivery

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Please note that with the UK leaving the EU, certain products may NOT be available for the time being.

We will pay the new import taxes and duties meaning you pay the price you see however your order must be over 150 EUROS in order to be processed for the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

International Delivery Zone 4	€25.00 (Free on orders over €75)	Delivery within 4-6 working days	International Delivery is available to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia and Romania. Deliveries made by DPD Monday to Friday. A signature is required on delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched on the same day. Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days. The cost of return will be at your expense.

1. Download and print the Returns Form

2. Pack your product(s) preferably in its original box and packaging. Products must be in the condition you received them with all packaging and labels attached.

3. Ship your return by your preferred method. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Once your return has been received and inspected by our returns department, you will get confirmation that a refund has been issued.

Wrong, Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a wrong (different than displayed online) or damaged item you can return it within 30 days from the shipping date. If the item is faulty, you have 3 years from the order date to file a warranty claim. Return the item using your preferred method, please send us proof of payment and we will refund the costs. If proof of payment for the return is not supplied to us we will refund you an estimated cost of return postage.
